Delivery

Delivery is available to Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Estonia.

Orders are shipped via DPD, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts, or other regional couriers.

Delivery time: shipping within 1 day. 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Latvia: 1–2 business days

• Lithuania & Estonia: 2–3 business days

• Finland: approximately 2–5 business days (depending on region)

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days (the buyer will be notified in advance).

The delivery cost is displayed before confirming the order.

Orders are sent to the nearest parcel terminal or by courier, depending on the delivery region.

All taxes and customs fees related to receiving the parcel are covered by the buyer.

Payment

All prices and transactions are processed in euros (EUR).

Secure payment is made via Maksekeskus (makecommerce.lv).

Supported banks:

Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

Finland: Aktia, Nordea, Danske, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken

Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay are also accepted.

Payment data is handled by licensed payment operator Maksekeskus AS.

The purchase agreement enters into force after successful payment.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, the payment amount will be refunded within 14 days.
